The winery also produced 12 year old balsamic vinegar, or balsamico. We purchased the 100ml bottle on the right for $40 -- that's $2 dollars a teaspoon. It's great served over strawberries or vanilla ice cream. The other bottles were purchased in Bologna (4 year) and Assisi (12 year).
