As luck would have it Prime Time Swine Cookers were the first team assigned to me for the on site rib judging. They didn't have an impressive smoker, their ribs were small, dry, and tough. At least their sauce was okay, but I scored them 3rd right off the bat. They're not going to win any awards this year.
