Cynthia didn't snap any photos of the 2nd team I judged, but these 3 guys had average ribs but offered 3 killer sauces - traditional sweet-n-spicy red, a raspberry-chipotle, and a mustard sauce. I don't like mustard sauces but had to admit that theirs was very good. Now it was off to judge Lillie's Q. Here their team lead gives me a tour of their smoker.
